What is Philosophy Eye Hope?
Philosophy Eye Hope is an anti-aging eye cream that focuses on reducing the appearance of puffiness, dark circles, fine lines and wrinkles. It promises to moisturize and keep the delicate skin around our eyes protected.
Eye Philosophy Eye Hope is designed for people who have specifically noticed a loss of elasticity in their skin and are beginning to see the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

- 83% of participants showed improvement in fine lines within six weeks.
- 95% of participants showed improvement in dark circles in six weeks.
- 85% of participants showed improvement in puffiness in six weeks.
- 98% of participants showed improvement in smoothness in six weeks.
Philosophy Eye Hope Active Ingredients Profile:
Philosophy Eye Hope combines 4 main ingredients that work together to keep the skin hydrated, soothe puffiness, and promote circulation.
- Alpha Glucosyl Hesperidin stimulates circulation on the surface of the skin to help reduce dark circles and puffiness.
- Palmitoyl Tripeptide-3 contains a combination of amino acids that stimulate natural collagen production to help firm sagging skin.
- Dipalmitoyl Hydroxyproline is a triple-action anti-wrinkle agent and moisturizer. It works to strengthen collagen, protect elastin against enzyme breakdown, and defend against free-radical damage.
- Beta Glucan boosts the skins natural defense system by enhancing its repair capabilities.
Philosophy Eye Hope Conclusion
I have always been a fan of Philosophy products and this eye cream is no different. Their products are generally known to deliver results.
Customer reviews agreed and most reported a noticeable difference in their fine lines, puffiness and dark circles. The very few negative customer reviews I read reported a slight stinging sensation on their skin. This can be caused by two things. First, your skin may be allergic to the formula in which the stinging would be followed by redness and irritation. Second, sometimes when the skin is extremely dry or dehydrated, you may feel a slight stinging sensation as the product absorbs. The stinging sensation should be tolerable, should only last a minute and should diminish with consistent use.
My only problem with this product is that I do not feel that they focused enough on anti-inflammatory ingredients. If you are going to claim to reduce puffiness, I would have liked to have seen a few more natural ingredients that are known for their soothing and calming effects. I also wish the ingredients were all natural but that is just my personal preference when I am using products around my eyes.
Philosophy Eye Hope retails at $48, which is pretty reasonable for a Philosophy product. However, if you are looking for a less expensive option, click here. This product can be purchased online or at select department stores. I usually prefer to buy Philosophy skin care products at Nordstrom because of their excellent return policy. Just a little tip!
