Well, I think the first step is being able to afford this product.  If you can, then I’d say give it a try.  What sold me more than anything was the overwhelmingly positive customer reviews.  Although 3LAB Eye Cream gives a list of their ingredients, they are very vague when it comes to their main active ingredient, Nano Claire GY.  The effectiveness of human growth hormones in skin care is very controversial so anytime a product claims to use any sort of stem cell or human growth hormone, I would expect them to go into great detail about the ingredient and how it works.
