What is NightSkin?

NightSkin is a product from Dr. Perry’s skin care line.  Dr. Arthur Perry is a board certified cosmetic surgeon that has come up with several skin care products and wrinkle creams. NightSkin is one that obviously is one you apply at night.

By applying NightSkin each night, they claim the key ingredients will work to moisturize the skin, brighten brown pimentation and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.  They even state that it may effectively reduce your desire for some surgical procedures and chemical skin peels.  I think that may be a stretch to say that!!

NightSkin says it will give you a facial while you sleep.  If I am going to get a facial I want to be awake when that happens because they make you feel so relaxed!

Let’s look at this wrinkle cream and see if it is one that will do all that it claims.

Ingredients found in NightSkin

They only list key ingredients in their formula.  The question is why don’t they list all of the ingredients along with the key ones?  Are they trying to hide all the fillers and preservatives that so many wrinkle creams have in their products?

The key ingredients are:

• Retinyl Propionate–a form of Vitamin A.  This is a common ingredient in wrinkle creams that has been proven to be effective in helping reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
• Glycolic Acid–a powerful exfoliant.  It gets rid of the layer of dead skin and makes the skin feel smooth and beautiful
• L-Ascorbic Acid–an antioxidant that assists your body in fighting free radical damage.  This is a type of Vitamin C
• Licorice Extract–contains gladridin, a skin brightener.  It says it will decrease the appearance of brown pigmentation in the skin

The problem with this formula is they do not include the amounts of each ingredient.  How do we know if they are strong enough to be effective?

NightSkin Final Thoughts

NightSkin is a wrinkle cream that sounds better than it really is.  There are few ingredients that have been proven to help reduce fine lines and wrinkles but not necessarily when added to the other ingredients in this formula.

Without knowing the amounts of ingredients we can only guess that they may work.  There is no clinical evidence that NightSkin is one of those wrinkle creams that can give you what you want–less fine lines and wrinkles and reducing the appearance of age spots.

When you look for customer reviews you soon realize that there are very few reviews on the internet.  If NightSkin were so great you would start to see them posted all over the place.

I would suggest you look on this website to find other wrinkle creams that have been proven to work and less expensive.  A double bonus–better and cheaper!
