What is DDF-Doctor’s Dermatologic Formula Bio-Molecular Firming Eye Serum?
Can the name of this wrinkle cream be any longer? My eyes are getting puffy and tired from just reading the name of it! DDF-Doctor’s Dermatologic Formula Bio-Molecular Firming Eye Serum claims to minimize those dark circles, puffiness and aging process under the eyes. Yes we are all concerned about these problems under our eyes but how can a wrinkle cream state it does all three things, moisturize, firm and tone. I am always a little skeptical when I come across these ‘wonder creams’! However, I am curious enough to investigate to see if DDF can hold up to its promises.
Customer Reviews
It was hard to find many reviews for DDF-Dorctor’s Dermatologic Formula Bio-Molecular Firming Eye Serum. Always makes me leary when few reviews are listed on the internet. Of course the website of the cream will have some but few were found elsewhere. Many said it did moisturize but most said that is about all it did. Many said it did nothing for the dark circles under their eyes. Some said it stung when they put it on. No rave reviews for this wrinkle cream were found.
What are the ingredients to DDF-Bio Molecular Firming Eye Serum?
Main Ingredients:
- Water
- Glycerin—a animal or plant food source that softens skin
- Dimethicone—a silicone which can make skin feel like silk
- Acetyl Hexapeptide-3—it is a synthetic peptide that is used in a wide range of anti-aging serums. It claims to have a muscle relaxing effect similar to Botox injections. Their trade name is Argireline and no published research substantiates any use of Argireline topically on the skin.
- Ethlhexyl Palmitate—functions as an emollient.
They touted that Retinol (Vitamin A which softens cell membranes) was in this formula but it was 22nd in their ingredients.

Conclusion
DDF-Bio-Molecular Firming Eye Serum claims it can lighten dark circles under the eyes but there is no known ingredients that will do that in their wrinkle cream. Reviews did not even claim it helped with their dark circles. With DDF Bio-Molecular Firming Eye Serum it is designed and marketed as a 3-in-1 product which moisturizes, firms and tones but the ingredients don’t support it. I don’t see where it holds up to what it professes to do. It does warn not to use this anti-aging serum if you have a known reaction to hydroquinone. Some customers even claimed it stung when they put it on their skin. DDF Bio-Molecular Firming Eye Serum is a bit pricey, at $88.00 for .5 ounces.
