Bobbi Brown is a known name in both the skin care and the make up world. This cream is one of their eye creams and is said to be a richer eye cream than their basic Hydrating Eye Cream. As I looked into this eye cream I was impressed to learn that this cream works as both an anti aging eye cream that is full of antioxidants, emollients and peptides but it also works as an eye primer for dry areas on the eye. They texture is also different than the basic eye cream and is said to be thicker and creamer and sits better on your eye to reduce slippage which is a problem with other eye creams that you would use during the day and under make up. This cream is said to fight fine lines, wrinkles, puffiness, dark circles and tired skin. They also promise that by using this cream your make up will look better on and therefore making your overall appearance better.

Final Thoughts

Wow, I am actually impressed with this eye cream which is rare. This product has a lot of great reviews claiming that it lives up to its promises. The fact that it works as a concealer is a plus to those people who use their eye creams during the day. I do however think that this eye cream is quite expensive for the amount of cream you are getting and that you don’t need to purchase this cream unless you have a distinct problem with your eye area if you don’t than this cream may just be money spent on something you don’t really need.

UPDATE: After reading all about this eye cream I decided that I wanted to try it for myself so I went to Nordstrom and gave it a shot. I really liked the way it doubled as a primer and the way it worked with my make up. I didn’t see fantastic results but I did notice that some of the deeper wrinkles around my eyes seemed less visible and that my overall eye area looked better. The think I didn’t really like about this eye cream was the thick consistency. I had to take the time to warm it betwen my fingers so it wouldn’t go on to thick or pull on my eye when applying. I didn’t mind warming it up in my fingers but about half the time it still seemed to go on a little thick even when I did apply with tapping rather then wiping. Overall I like this eye cream and would get it again.
